S+H CONSTRUCTION WINS GOLD AWARD
November 9, 2005 CAMBRIDGE – S+H Construction, Inc. of Cambridge, Massachusetts, one of the Greater Boston area’s premier residential renovation and custom home building companies, is pleased to announce that they have won the Eastern Massachusetts Contractor of the Year (COTY) Gold Award for "Best Whole House Renovation." The winning project – a home renovation in Belmont – was announced at the November 3, 2005 ceremony honoring all of the winning participants. The COTY awards are sponsored the Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). The annual Eastern Massachusetts COTY awards recognize the most exceptional remodeling projects and the companies that built them. This competition is widely considered the premier competition of its kind throughout the remodeling industry. An impartial panel of judges, who are considered experts in the field, selected the winners based on each entrant’s "Before and After" photography and scope of the project. Judging was based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.
