High-quality renovation + custom building since 1979. Welcome to S+H Construction, one of the premier residential contractors in the Greater Boston area. S+H Construction has been devoted to high-quality craftsmanship in renovation and new construction for more than 25 years. We employ about 60 people and focus on custom home building and renovation of residential dwellings. We have also done select specialty commercial and institutional work, such as projects with Harvard University, Leslie College, and the Christian Science Church.
Our Reputation: We strive for excellence in every project. We know that our reputation and references are built on providing the S+H Experience to our customers, the most important aspect of which is high-quality workmanship. Our job supervisors' experience is our best guarantee of realizing that goal. Their high standards are as important as their craftsmanship. S+H is known for the professionalism and skill of its job supervisors/lead carpenters. We have about 20 job supervisors, mostly former contractors who have many years of experience managing projects. Most of our work comes from word-of-mouth: people are happy with our work and tell their friends. Our best advertisers are our clients. A list of references is available upon request.
