S and H Construction collaborates with many of the region’s best design professionals to create beautiful, thoughtful projects of lasting value. One of the first questions we will ask an owner is whether they have engaged an architect or designer. If you are already working with a designer, great. If not, we are associated with many excellent architects and designers to whom we can refer you.

We prefer to work closely with a design professional early in the process in order to coordinate design with budget and construction techniques. This collaborative environment leverages the knowledge and experience of the designer and builder to create the utmost advantage for you, the owner. S and H also offers limited in-house design services.
