General Contracting of a Large Victorian in Cambridge and of a New Contemporary Home in Belmont
Cambridge and Belmont, Massachusetts S + H Construction is a General Contractor that works primarily in Eastern Massachusetts S + H Construction was the General Contractor on these two projects. Though a substantial percentage of the work was done by S + H employees, S + H acted as General Contractor by soliciting multiple bids, vetting, hiring and supervising subcontractors to perform large portions of specialized trade work such as steel, plastering, tiling, hardwood flooring, cabinet and millwork fabrication, etc.
