Affordable Housing Solar Hot Water Project - Cambridge, MA

Homowner's Rehab, an affordable housing development corporation, hired S + H Construction to install eight  4 x 8 Heliodyne solar hot water collectors on the roof of this twelve unit building in Cambridge MA. The affordable units vary in size from one to three bedroom. These eight panels produce approximately 30 to 40 percent of the domestic hot water needs of the building.  We also installed a web - accessible monitoring system which allows us and the owner to view actual output of the system in real time.

These solar hot water panels were installed by S + H Construction on a 13 unit affordable housing project in Cambridge Ma. and produce approximately 40 % of the hot water needs of the building.
