For this project, a large summer residence in Manchester by the Sea, we performed a major interior renovation. A sunroom addition overlooking the harbor was added at the rear of the house. Many architectural components were replaced or repaired, including the main staircase, the front entry, and the windows. The kitchen and bathrooms were also renovated, including custom cabinetry and countertops. Stucco siding was added at various changed openings at the exterior to match the existing finish.
