The kitchen and many of the other details in this beautiful home near Brattle Street in Cambridge were renovated and restored in their original arts-and-crafts tradition. Major structural work included removal of a servants stairway to enlarge the kitchen. Intricate turned balusters had to be matched to the modifications at the main staircase. We also installed curved, leaded, and stained glass at various locations. Designed by Charles Myer and Partners, this project was the subject of a feature article in This Old House.
