S + H Construction has always done small jobs, large jobs and everything in between. Because some of our jobs have quite  been large in the last few years, many people seem to think that we don't bother with small jobs. We have always done smaller jobs, primarily because we see ourselves as problem - solvers and providing a service to people who need help with small and medium home remodeling and repair projects.  

We have also started a Maintenance Contract Division. At this time we are mainly working for former customers who want thier homes maintained and checked for upkeep and repairs. This involves creating a list of items  for wear and possible repair or replacement and flagging problems on a bi - annual or annual basis.  Please contact us for details if you are interested.
