Cleanout and Waterproofing of Basement

This basement had not been touched since it was constructed in the late 19th century, We ripped out old partitions and rotting wooden floors. We skimmed the slab with a self leveling cementitious underlayment. We cleaned, pointed and waterproofed the old deteriorated rubble stone walls, and constructed a new set of stairs. We also installed new storage shelves and lighting. The space is now dry, bright, clean and inviting and and gives the owners a great deal of storage space.
