Carpenter

You will work directly with the job supervisor to implement all carpentry requirements on active job sites. Some of your duties may include:

  • Perform high-quality carpentry for all stages of construction 
  • Complete assigned tasks on time
  • Take direction from job supervisors
  • Follow company protocols and safety procedures
  • Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Supervisor

You will work closely with the project manager and client and oversee everything that happens on the job site. Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Ensure quality craftsmanship
  • Nurture a positive work environment
  • Keep a clean and safe job site
  • Coordinate and stay on schedule
  • Maintain a good client relationship

Project Manager

You will coordinate projects from their planning stage through the end of construction, and make sure they run smoothly and are within budget. Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Maintain communication with everyone involved in a project
  • Keep the client informed and provide reports regularly 
  • Set up schedules and update them frequently 
  • Create subcontractor bid packages and secure their quotes
  • Obtain project permits and purchase building materials
  • Conduct meetings and check in on the job site

Assistant Project Manager

Support project managers as requested on all job-related activities:

  • Prepare subcontractor bid packages
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractor walkthroughs and collect bids
  • Perform material take-offs
  • Attend site meetings and help prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Generate project schedules and update as required
  • Assist in preparation of budget updates, financial reporting, and change orders
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with the job PM and site supervisor as required
  • Assist in obtaining project permits
  • Assist with material and job-related buyouts
  • Help project managers manage customers, architects, and designers, as requested
