South End Pied-a-Terre

The objective of this historic South-end renovation was to create a home reminiscent of a modern Parisian apartment. Working with the interior design firm of Eleven Interiors, we created a luxurious, customized home. Particulars include custom millwork throughout; panel molding was used on all general living walls, and on the third floor a bedroom was transformed into a multi-functional office/workspace and guest bedroom complete with a built-in desk. Upgrades to the kitchen included painting and new hardware. A lacquered finish (doors & casings) used throughout requires the highest quality prep work to avoid imperfections in the final product. Painting this 1200+SF apartment literally took six weeks.

The client’s appreciation of bold colors and contrasts appreciated along with all custom furnishing transformed this once ordinary space into extraordinary.
